New guy on the block…

Since the day our food shop and cafes opened their doors our ears have been ringing with the cries of customers shouting their love and adoration for our chocolate brownies. Seriously, we have received emails from Scotland about these bad boys… Many people think we have found brownie perfection and who are we to disagree?

However, with the impending arrival of Christmas our talented bakers bravely took on the product development challenge of creating a festive influenced brownie. We are pleased to say they have not disappointed us. Ring those Jingle Bells and Deck the Halls as we introduce our new Chocolate, Cranberry & Brazil Nut Brownie!

It’s moist and chewy and sticky, just like the original but whole brazil nuts give a satisfying crunch while complimenting the tang of the juicy cranberries. It is finished with a hint of clove just to intensify the Christmas spirit.

So far this has not made it past morning coffee in the office but it would be equally at home warmed through and served with cream or ice cream as an indulgent dessert this Christmas.

We are hooked and hope you will be too.
