Olive pasta sauce is a speciality of Puglia, where many table olive varieties grow. This sauce is made with fresh vegetables, stone milled extra virgin olive oil and Rosate di Bitetto olives. Heat the sauce gently and add to piping hot pasta, with freshly grated parmesan cheese as desired.
