SUMMER SEASONAL GUIDE
During the arrival of the sunnier season, fields become abundant with a delightful assortment of strawberries, tomatoes, apples, and various other crops. AUTUMN SEASONAL GUIDE
As the seasons turn, the garden moves into its autumn rhythm, with a focus on roots, alliums, greens and hardy seasonal crops.
There’s plenty to look forward to from the garden, with carrots, potatoes, turnips, beetroots and radishes coming into their own. The allium family continues to provide a strong seasonal harvest, with onions and leeks growing on through the cooler months.
The greens will also keep producing, from salad mixes and lettuce to the return of the more peppery spicy mix, featuring mustard leaves and tatsoi. Alongside these, cabbage, kale and cavolo nero will bring plenty of flavour and variety to the autumn garden.
